Adachi: The en Foundation for HR development is an organization that supports growth in a neutral way for young people who want to work and those who aim to grow through work. By fostering thinking around "What is work," "What do I want to be through work?", etc., the program puts an importance on discovery.

Our business career support program “en Career Creation Lab” is for students. Rather than teaching techniques to pass a recruitment test, we have a desire to improve society by facing the nature of working, and how to excel and grow through work. And we would like to contribute to the development of human resources.  Additionally, we are engaged in a business called “en + Lab”, which is a social problem-solving talent development school for people aged 18 to 35. We are developing this educational program aimed at producing talent that can solve social problems through business.

Please tell us about the challenges before implementing BowNow.

Adachi: Our university programs for university students are held on the university campus and in our seminar rooms, and we manage a list of 2,000 to 3,000 people each year. We send program guides and reminders to participants, but in the past we managed the list with Excel and sent all emails by hand. Therefore, I started looking for a tool that could streamline my email business.

What is the deciding factor for introducing BowNow?


Adachi: At first, I was thinking about it as a mail delivery tool, so I was worried whether I could master MA's functions. However, the location of the company was near, so I decided to introduce it because I thought that I could go immediately if I had any questions. Even after the introduction, I initially used only the mail function, but I was asked by a Mtame consultant to teach me various things, and now I am also using it for managing the status of participants.

How do you utilize BowNow?

Adachi: First, we imported the list of participants into BowNow, and managed the list centrally on BowNow. Application forms and cancellation forms are also created using BowNow's form creation function to make it easier to handle and manage.

Also, using the ABM template, it became possible to visualize the status of participants. Although it may be different from a typical company, we set the vertical axis of the ABM template to "grade" and the horizontal axis to "participation status (cancellation / 1 participation / 2 participations / completion etc.)". By separating "regions (Osaka / Tokyo)" with tags, we are able to efficiently send information that matches the situation of each participant.

How do you like your experience with BowNow?

Adachi: In addition to being able to streamline the mail delivery business, we are now able to use html email to understand the open rate and click rate. I think it's also a good point to be able to grasp. Since the operation is simple and easy to understand, internship students may also perform mail delivery work.

Future outlook】 Raise the participant status and activate the community

How would you like to pursue marketing measures in the future?

Adachi: By using BowNow's ABM template, the status of the participants can be visualized, so I would like to consider measures to further improve the status of the participants. Even after completing the basic program, the participants continue to provide support through community activities, job hunting consultations, practical courses, etc., and further enliven the community with active participants. I would like to consider such measures.

When using a tool like BowNow, I feel that that its not important just to have a goal of using the tool, but rather to draw out a goal image and purpose, and then utilize the tool. We would like to continue thinking about how we can use BowNow to grow our community.

Adachi: BowNow is a simple operation and I think it is good for people who are not familiar with tools. Since many of our program participants are students, and SNS is the main method of contact, we expect not only e-mail but also cooperation using SNS such as LINE in the future.
