【Reasons for introducing MA】Save our time and effort in creating lists

Why did you decide to implement MA?
 
Mr. Narahara: Originally, we were using a free email sending tool to send out email newsletters. However, the free tools were not that functional, and we had to recreate our email distribution lists in Excel every time we changed our policies.
When we had a small number of leads, we were able to handle them by manually creating lists and sending them via BCC, but as the number of leads increased, we thought we needed to add an efficient tool to prevent mistakes.

After BowNow was introduced, we already had a list, so to speak, so we didn't have to update the list every time we changed our policies or the recipients.

【Current usage】More CV points means double the leads!

What kind of measures are you currently using BowNow for?

Mr. Narahara: We use the form creation function to replace all CV points of our owned media with BowNow forms, and the email function to distribute emails.
We have 5 CV points for our owned media, (1) seminar application, (2) mail magazine registration, (3) document download, (4) writer recruitment, and (5) inquiry all go through BowNow forms. We also use BowNow forms for questionnaires after sending thank you emails to customers after attending seminars.

By using BowNow's form as the entrance, not only the lead information is automatically listed, but also the contents of the thank you email (automatic reply) can be freely set, which has enabled us to automate various processes that we used to do manually.

What are the good points and benefits of BowNow?

Mr. Narahara: Currently, we have about 100 CVs per month, which is several dozen times more than before. If we didn't have any tools, the number of CVs would have increased, but thanks to BowNow, we are able to automate the process of listing and replying, so we are still able to handle the work by ourselves.


Before the introduction of BowNow, we used to use a website specialized for events as the entrance for recruiting seminar participants, but now we can easily set up a form on our own website and keep the applicants on our website, which is also a good thing.

Are there any points or issues that you would like to strengthen in the future?

Mr. Narahara: Currently, we have accumulated about 20,000 leads, and we have gained the know-how of "how to get CVs". From now on, our most recent task is to make the best use of these leads and establish "how to get people to actually buy" from those who have passed the 5 CV points, and then formulate strategies and implement measures.

What are the key points in utilizing MA for owned media?

Mr. Narahara: The first thing we need to do is to get the information we need through forms. Basically, it is unlikely that people will make a purchase based on the information in owned media alone, so the primary purpose of using MA for owned media is to obtain a highly accurate list. You can get a more accurate list by capturing the information about the lead's situation and needs through the CV point form.
