Challenges
The challenge was to increase the number of leads acquired through exhibitions and seminars, which had been used as a means to acquire new customers, and to find dormant customers.
He also wanted to develop new customers other than these.
Solution
Functions used: Corporate log, personal log, mail delivery
There were two major measures: "lead company information" and "person in charge (individual) information".
First, regarding corporate information, we sent a form DM, and prioritized telephone follow-up to companies that accessed the website after the exhibition due to outsourcing.
For personal information, we created a seminar form, and sent a mail to attract customers to the seminar and a notice mail for exhibiting at the exhibition to the leads who exchanged business cards in the past to build a relationship. In addition, using the dashboard, we visualized the leads segmented according to the results of each measure.
Future Outlook
Use BowNow's form and email functions to attract customers and follow up after your seminar. In addition to that, I would like to carry out e-mail marketing for holding lists and e-mails for building relationships.
And in terms of the efficiency of marketing measures, we would like to realize it by utilizing BowNow's dashboard to visualize the results of each measure.
