BowNow makes it incredibly easy to send emails to the leads in your sales list.
Send HTML emails and text emails together to make sure they reach every email server, setup your email easily with our HTML templates, and automate a series of emails to be sent out when the customer makes a specific action.
In BowNow, you can send email blasts to your entire list, or you can even segment out a specific mailing list to send a more personalized email to. For example, you can search for leads that have downloaded your product brochure in the past, participated in a webinar, and provide further information that is relevant to their interests. You can also divide between inactive cold leads, and hot leads that have visited your site thrice in the past month, to provide them with nurturing content or sales campaigns depending on their place in the buyer's journey.
It is said that only 25% of your newly acquired leads will have present, actualized needs, meaning many of the prospects you approach and meet with will not be ready to buy. However, if you completely abandon the prospects you failed to sell to in the past, and no longer have any contact, then 80% of these lost leads will be sold to by competitors within 2 years (on average). This is why lead nurturing and maining a regular point of contact is absolutely crucial, so that when these customers' needs grow, they will remember your brand and return to your solution first.
The trigger email feature allows you to set a series of up to 10 emails to be sent out to an individual customer when they make a triggering action. The trigger is a conversion, like making an inquiry, downloading a whitepaper, or requesting a free trial. For example, when a new user downloads the free version of your software, you can send out onboarding emails, complete with video tutorials and a step-by-step introduction to your product. This can save you a lot of time, and help you to realize product-led sales (PLG).
When you create a mailing list based a set criteria (like only companies in Malaysia, or only customers who have signed up for your free trial), and later on the number of leads who match this criteria grows, then the mailing list will automatically update to include them. Similarly, if a lead no longer matches the criteria, they will be removed from the list.
This is especially helpful for a list with criteria like "visited website once in the last week." Also, it can save you time as there's no need to go back and update any lists manually.
