Please introduce your company


Mr. Jitsuhara: I-GLOCAL Group was established in 2003 as the first Japanese accounting firm in Vietnam. We currently have five offices: three in Vietnam, one in Cambodia, and one in Tokyo.

We are one of the largest accounting firms in Vietnam, with approximately 300 employees and more than 1,000 clients per year (90% of which are ongoing clients).

In December 2020, we established a specialized subsidiary called VPO (Vina Payroll Outsourcing CO.,LTD.) to provide HR and labor management SaaS services. 【Challenges before implementation】I want to dig deeper into the issues and needs of my customers.


What challenges did you face before implementing MA?

Mr. Jitsuhara: Currently, it is said that there are about 3,000 to 3,500 Japanese companies operating in Vietnam, of which more than 1,000 companies patronize us. As a pioneer of Japanese accounting firms in Vietnam, we have been recognized by many people, but we felt that there was a gap between the actual situation and the evaluation of search engines on the web, such as not appearing at the top of the list or not displaying the most appropriate pages when searching for highly relevant words on the web. We also felt that there was a gap between the actual situation and the search engine ratings on the web.

In addition, our company has been providing information on the latest local laws and regulations and practices in Vietnam through e-mails, reports, and seminars, which have been well received by our clients. However, as the business environment in Vietnam continues to grow rapidly, it was not easy for us to keep up with the trends. We thought that by using MA tools, we would be able to gain a deeper understanding of the issues that our customers are currently facing and the information that they are interested in.

What was the deciding factor for you to choose BowNow among the many MA tools available?

Mr. Jitsuhara: Originally, I was introduced to BowNow by a partner company that operates in Asia like us, but in the end, I decided to use BowNow because of its excellent support and the fact that I felt it would help us improve our own services.

Even as a marketing novice, I found BowNow easy to use, and the consultant in charge taught me everything from the very beginning, which made the implementation process very smooth. By using BowNow and digging deeper into their needs and providing more advanced services, we will be able to satisfy our customers and grow together with them.

【Measures & Effects】Generated five inquiries from the email campaign

What kind of measures are you currently using BowNow for?


Mr. Jitsuhara: The main measure we have taken with BowNow is email distribution. We started using BowNow in parallel with the email system we had been using before. Before the introduction of BowNow, we used to deliver only text e-mails, but now we have started delivering e-mails in html on BowNow, which has greatly improved the appearance and readability of the e-mails themselves.

When we sent out an email introducing our services, we immediately received five responses, some of which led to orders. Until now, customers often didn't know the details of our services, but by using e-mail and sending out information on a regular basis, I think we are gradually creating a system that can keep us close to our customers' needs.

Also, by switching to BowNow for the email registration form and inquiry form on the website, we have built a system that can automatically accumulate leads and inquiries.

Future Outlook】Turning data obtained from websites into assets for management strategies

What would you like to challenge in the future with BowNow and marketing initiatives?

Mr. Jitsuhara: In addition to deepening the data analysis of the website and using it to improve the contents, we would like to take measures to deliver the most appropriate information to each customer by grouping the lead information by status.

We are currently operating a membership site for clients who have signed advisory contracts with us, which provides information on laws and regulations in Vietnam. This is one of our DX measures, and our aim is to utilize our extensive know-how to deliver instant and accurate information to our clients' questions. In the future, we would like to utilize the log information from this site to identify customer needs and issues.

In addition, since BowNow provides support from local consultants in Vietnam, we would like to make great use of this service in Vietnam as well. We have just launched a SaaS-type service for HR and labor management in Vietnam, so we hope to collaborate well with them through seminars and other events, and together support the DX of companies expanding into Vietnam.
