What was the deciding factor for you to choose BowNow among the many MA tools available?

I had originally used MA at my previous job and felt that it was an essential tool for business in the future. Therefore, I thought it would be great if I could use it at my new workplace as well.


What kind of measures are you currently using BowNow for?

At my previous job, I was using another company's MA that was expensive. That MA could do a lot of things, but it was complicated to use, and it was hard to get used to. I had to go to training to learn how to use it, and even if I did my best, I would forget it after a few months.

That's why I was hoping to find a low-cost MA with only the minimum required elements.

That's when I found out about your company's BowNow. I asked the person in charge if it was possible to use the four things I was looking for in an MA tool: whether it was possible to create an inquiry form, whether it was possible to find out who and which companies were looking at it, whether it was possible to send e-mails, and whether it was possible to display a list of cookie acquisitions. The cost was within our expectations, so we decided to try it.

What kind of measures are you currently using BowNow for?

I mentioned earlier that we are developing a system for the construction industry, and when the system is completed, we would like to announce its release to all the people who have collected data at once.

We are currently in the process of creating an inquiry page and collecting data for this purpose. We get a lot of inquiries by phone, so we are manually entering information from those people. The main focus is on data collection, but once we have a certain amount of information, we would like to implement an email policy as well.


What kind of results have you achieved specifically by implementing BowNow?

As BowNow has a customizable contact form, we took advantage of it to increase, decrease, and change the items in the contact form, and performed EFO (input form optimization). We are still in the early stages of implementation.

It has only been a short time since we introduced the system, so we would like to continue trying various measures in the future.

What would you like to try in the future with BowNow and marketing initiatives?

 

I would like to start an email program. I sent an email to myself as an experiment, but it didn't reach me in the way I had envisioned, so I need to do a lot of trial and error from now on. I don't want my mail to be like a newsletter, so I would like to be able to deliver mail in a way that avoids that.

Also, since the majority of our customers use the phone rather than the inquiry form, I would like to create a system that somehow allows them to drop information through the form. For this purpose, we are currently experimenting with white papers. I would like to acquire data not only from inquiries, but also from requests for information.

Do you have any expectations for BowNow and Mtame Corporation in the future?

I would like to be able to send e-mails to each person individually, since e-mails can only be sent in groups. I would like to be able to collect data such as who opened the email and whether they were interested in the content.

Compared to the other tools I used in the past, I find BowNow simple and easy to use. It is not a tool that costs millions of yen, and it is easy to use, so I would recommend it to people who have never used MA before. It's also good that it's free to start with. Since we are in the business of supporting IT, we would like to introduce BowNow to anyone who is looking for an MA tool.
