JSH Co., Ltd. mainly conducts two businesses: "employment support for people with disabilities" and "travel and regional revitalization." Of these, the one we used BowNow this time to promote sales was the business of supporting the employment of people with disabilities.
Companies with more than a certain number of employees are legally required to employ persons with disabilities. However, the reality is that many of the target companies have not been able to achieve the prescribed employment rate. Even if we could actually hire people with disabilities, there are a great deal of work mismatches. As a result, there are a large number of people with disabilities who cannot work even if they want to work, and the problem becomes more noticeable for people with disabilities in rural areas who have few jobs. Therefore, we wondered if we could connect local people with disabilities who want to work with companies that are suffering from the employment of people with disabilities.
In order to solve these issues, we are conducting a business to support the employment of people with disabilities. Specifically, we connect local people with disabilities with companies in Honshu who are obliged to employ people with disabilities and have them work on the farms we operate on the Goto Islands. BowNow is used by us to promote the business of supporting the employment of people with disabilities, such as in the personnel department of a company.

What inspired you to introduce BowNow?

Mr. Ichikawa: Traditionally, our business policy was to approach the company that received the appointment by posting materials, fax DM, introducing a third party, or acting as a sales agent, but what is the policy? I didn't have a tool to measure whether the effect was effective, and I felt the problem.
At that time, while having a meeting with a company that outsources website production, I learned that there is a free MA tool called BowNow that can be used as one of the effects measurement.

What was the deciding factor for choosing BowNow?

Mr. Ichikawa: At the stage of actually introducing MA tools, we conducted a comparative study including the services of other companies. Among them, I chose BowNow because I tried it during the first month of the free period and it was intuitive and easy to understand, and it was the most cost-effective compared to other services at the stage of introduction. I felt that the effect was high.
Another reason is that the support up to the introduction was good. How you are currently utilzing BowNow?

Mr. Ichikawa: Using BowNow's email distribution function, I am sending DMs to about 5,000 leads. The opening rate has recently reached 23%, which is a very good number. In addition, the number of downloads of materials from people who moved from e-mail is 10 to 20 per month, and the number of seminar applications is 5 to 10 per month, which is a large increase compared to when there were almost no inquiries.
In addition to this, the inquiry form on the home page was switched to the form function of Bow Now, which can follow leads, and a new material download page was created with the advice of the person in charge. We also ask our sales team to share the list of companies that have visited our homepage with BowNow, which we consider to be promising. I feel that it is less mentally burdensome for sales to call a company that took an action that is interested in our service, rather than approaching a person who is uninterested or totally unknown.

How do you plan to use BowNow and marketing measures in the future?

Mr. Ichikawa: We have to learn marketing know-how in the future, so I would like to continue to utilize it with the help of BowNow's support department.
Now, I'm facing the challenge of being able to ask the support department myself what I don't understand about individual functions, but I lack general knowledge of marketing, so what is the overall picture? It is difficult to discuss strategic matters such as whether to implement measures.
I think BowNow is a tool that is often selected by companies that engage in marketing for the first time, so I would like you to tell us about other companies' cases such as how such companies are gradually deepening their marketing strategies.

Mr. Ichikawa: Another deciding factor for choosing BowNow was the fact that the number of people in the support department was in place and that we were steadily expanding our support system.
I would like to see the support of know-how that companies such as us who are new to marketing and those who are planning to do so can continue without getting tired of it. This would include not only the person in charge of tools but also the surrounding organizations such as sales.
