Mr. Yamazaki: Homenet Co., Ltd. is a company that mainly provides elderly people with emergency call service, telephone consultation service, medical examination reservation agency business, system sales business, etc. Above all, we are working to sell and popularize business support systems for nursing care providers who provide regular patrol and occasional support services.
"Regular patrol/anytime support service" is a new long-term care insurance service that was created so that you can live at home or in the community even if you need nursing care. In this service, helpers regularly visit the homes of the elderly, and operators are available 24 hours a day. While this service is being introduced nationwide as a service that allows elderly households to live at home with peace of mind, care service providers who provide services can perform complicated task management such as helper operations and sharing of user information. 
The “Sumacare” provided by our company is used by more than 400 business sites nationwide as a system to support these regular patrol and occasional service services. BowNow has been introduced to utilize this system for expanding sales.

Mr. Yamazaki: Before introducing BowNow, we only made outbound sales by making lists and making phone calls. However, the system we provide is a product with a relatively long lead time, and it is generally difficult to understand information such as nursing care insurance system. Therefore, I felt that I had to use the homepage more to disseminate information and to acquire and train prospective customers.
In addition, I could not send information to existing customers on a regular basis, so I wanted to work on e-mail marketing.

What is the deciding factor for introducing BowNow?

Mr. Hashimoto: I first learned about BowNow at the exhibition, but when I heard the story, the response was the fastest. We do not have a marketing department, and we want to have a small number of people, so it is not an advanced tool that takes several months from the beginning to operation, but we want something that you can touch and try various measures first. What's kind of marketing tactis you are doing with BowNow?

Mr. Tamamoto: We haven't implemented so many measures since we have just introduced it, but first we will use the form function of BowNow to create an inquiry form for the website and organize the download page for materials. I did it.
Fortunately, we have a lot of source material for the materials, and we customize them and prepare some download materials.
Currently, we are taking measures such as giving lead information obtained from downloading these materials and access information to the home page that can be understood from the IP address to the sales department and making a phone call from the sales department. From the sales side, we are getting a good response such as making it easier to make phone calls by looking at the homepage and knowing the tendency of the customer's interest by downloading the material.

How would you like to pursue marketing measures in the future?

Mr. Yamazaki: First of all, we have to increase the number of leads, so I would like to create a mechanism to increase the content on the Web, arrange the leads, and lead to the goal.
